Happy Thanksgiving..Happy Tree hunting...Happy Birthday!!

It's been a while since I've posted, but we have been busy. We went to my mom and dad's for Thanksgiving this year and it was ultra tasty. My mom took it upon herself to make the whole dinner. Thanks Mom it was great!! This picture is Sariah posting our "name cards" to the chairs. It was so cute-each one was the same.

After Thanksgiving, we went down to Rus' house and went tree hunting. We have done this every year for as long as we have been together. It is pretty fun and we get to pick out our own tree from amongst the forest and cut it down our very own selves. Sariah collected rocks the whole time and then wanted me to carry her and the rocks down the mountain! Crazy.

Here she is holding her trail treasures...

Our beautiful tree. It is the cutest one we have ever cut down I do believe. As you'll notice, I freeze to death when we do this little adventure. I am bundled up and I still was a little chilly. That is until I had to carry Sariah and the rocks that could have never been found at the bottom of the mountain.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEGAN!!!!

This is me holding our newest family member. She weighed 9 pounds and 13 ounces. Super cute!!

A nice closeup. Isn't she gorgeous!!??

I LOVE the picture of Sariah with her treasures! Looks like you had such a fun adventure. Aaron and I were talking about how fun it would be to cut down our own tree. Maybe next year...this year we pulled the fake one out of the box!

Now that Thanksgiving is over and we are over the blasted FLU bug at our house we need to get together. Are you going to the ward party on Saturday at 6:30? Come after work, it should be fun!
