Asking a person that has anxiety this question is crazy. A better question would be what made me not nervous about my wedding day? I must say that I was mostly nervous about everything going okay. Rustin thinks I was nervous and was going to stand him up because he thinks I was late. I wasn't late, Rustin, I just wasn't on time. :) I guess this could be the part where I could say I was nervous about the wedding night too, but I'm not going there.
I got home from my mission on December 2nd and we were engaged on February 2nd. So I think we knew from the very beginning there was something there. I knew that he was a good missionary (we met on our mission), but I never knew how it was his genuine personality that I met. So to answer this question, we were engaged for 3 months and 14 days. May 16th is the day I left for my mission, I told him I think we should get married on June 6th because that's the first day we met and shook hands. He said no way... This is some of our engagement pictures taken at a park somewhere. I wish I knew how to take pictures that are not on a disk or a card and put them on here because we have some way fun ones of us just being us. These are posy ones but hey it's better than nothin' or is it....
I really like this next picture, except for the fact that my huge purple watch stands out. Look how young we are!!!
Okay this next picture is me and Rustin's favorite! The guy told us to sit down on the bridge and pose serious. Rustin and I had no clue what he was talking about and this picture proves we are not the serious, deep and insightful couple. To this day we still laugh and make this expression any time we go over a bridge. Now no laughing, this is serious!!!
I absolutely like this picture of us, Rustin looks so cute!!
Well thats that. Thanks for tagging me Kathy. It was fun to go through old memories and ask myself where our marriage is now compared to then. I think Rustin has learned that I'm still never "late" but I'm still never on time. The main thing that I have learned is that Rustin is sooo laid back, and I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo stressed out that we balance each other ( okay not balance each other because I think the scale still kinda tips a little bit more my way). I'm just glad I'm married to an awesome guy (I just wished he didn't hunt, did I write that out loud-oops)!!

Can i just say that my favorite moment was... "Uh... my mom said two cans of olives (picture the hand gesture)"...
Sar... I'm seriously tearing up right now from reading all that! I'm so glad Rustin married you too! You're awesome! You guys do look so young there. Crazy.
So cute Sarah. WOw, you guys look so young in your pics!! Not that you look old now...you know what I mean. I must say I was really disappointed that you didn't go into more detail about the wedding night. Really! Why on earth were you nervous! Ha HA! Only teasing. I laughed when I read that part. We miss you guys! P.S. I wished Rustin didn't hunt either. And you can tell him I said that!! (Now you tell Court!)
