Our week in review...
Well this was week #1 of my "stay-at-home-mom" days. It wasn't as bad as a I thought it was going to be. I am really starting to read some books to help me figure out how to help Sariah to the best of my ability. Anyways here's some pics of the week...
This is Sariah's computer. It is an old keyboard we had sitting around, half of a Mr. Potato case and a shelf holding it up. It looks silly, but it honestly helps her with her letters. All day long she asks me how to spell words and then she finds the letters on the keyboard. I highly recommend it if you have an extra keyboard, half of a Mr. Potato case (I am willing to sell the other half to you for half price-I am so funny), and just a shelf that should be on the wall. Something that is funny is the other day Sariah asked me where the ".com" key was.
This is Bubba after eating a chocolate granola bar. As you have noticed in my million other posts, Bubba is having a beard-life-crisis he can now pretty much grow a beard with any food that is placed before him. I think this one looks very realistic-don't you?
This is cute Sariah before she left for her Valentine's party at school. She is wearing a valentines shirt and socks with hearts all over them (not pictured, you'll just have to take my word for it). Sorry quick side note-doesn't that you remind you of the part on Saved by the Bell where Jessie is in the beauty pageant and she comes out in a trench coat during the swimsuit contest and says, "for all you who are wondering I am wearing a swimsuit and it is blue with pink stripes." Anyways...

Such cute pics!!! I got dibs on the other half of the Mr. Potato head case! OK. You made me laugh hard in this post. Sariah's pics are sooo adorable. Loving the beard on Kempton. Now...what's all this about stay at home mom??? What's going on here? Obviously I need to call you and catch up...I'm out of minutes until the 16th, however. I'll try and snag Court's phone.
I am curious about the stay at home thing too. Did you already resign in light of the move for your hubby's job? Anyway, enjoy it. I have found that making a plan for the day really helps me. Great idea with the keyboard. It will not only help with letters but also where the letters are on the keyboard. They already use the computer in school in kindergarten. Great idea! Take care!
Hey... I totally remember that episode! LOL!!!
You have the cutest kids! That is funny about Sariahs computer, I'm willing to negotiate for the other half of that mr. p head container.
OH... and... I expect a comment about the "Proof we came from APES" post. I did that with Rustin in mind. LOL!
And... we need to go to a Jazz game together. I was actually thinking about that that night. You would be SO MUCH FUN to go a game with. Tell me when you can go, I'll buy tickets for you bday!!! Maybe you guys can come up a night during the week, and stay at My parents, and I will use my floating holiday and we can go. SO FUN!!!
What a beautiful family. Your children are adorable. I love the computer idea.... Nice! Miss you guys... hope all is well. Oh and are you in Cedar still or did you end up moving??
Ok just found your blog. A little bit of a trip for me since I last left you two with name tags. I love that you have a son name Kempton, hmmm, how did you come up with that? You are darling and your family is super cute. I hope you have been well. I am living in the Philippines with my 21 month old daughter. We are expecting a son at the end of May. I hope you are well.
